This Privacy Policy explains how StageHomy ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you visit stagehomy.com or contact us. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data transparently and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). If you have any questions about this policy or your data, please contact us at hello@stagehomy.com.

2. Data We Collect
We collect the following categories of personal data: Contact form data: When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), company (optional), project details, and any information you choose to include in your message. Analytics data: With your consent, we collect anonymized usage data about how you interact with our website (pages visited, time on site, approximate location by country, device type, and referral source). Cookies: We use cookies for analytics purposes, only with your consent. See Section 5 for details.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data on the following legal bases under the GDPR: Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): For analytics and cookies, which are only activated after you give consent via our cookie banner. Contract / pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b)): To respond to your inquiries and provide quotes when you contact us about our services. Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): To maintain the security and proper functioning of our website.
4. Contact Form
When you use our contact form, the information you provide is sent to us by email so we can respond to your inquiry. This email is processed on our behalf by Resend (our email delivery provider). We use this data solely to respond to your request and discuss potential projects. We retain contact inquiries for as long as necessary to handle your request and for our legitimate business records, after which they are deleted.
5. Cookies & Consent
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We use cookies only for analytics, and only after you give your explicit consent through our cookie banner. When you first visit our site, no analytics cookies are set until you click "Accept". If you click "Decline", no analytics cookies are stored and no analytics data is collected. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing your browser's cookies for this site, which will cause the consent banner to appear again on your next visit. Essential cookies required for the site to function and to remember your consent choice do not require consent.
6. Google Analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC ("Google"), to understand how visitors use our website. We have implemented Google Consent Mode v2, which means Google Analytics does not collect or store any data until you give consent. We have also enabled IP address anonymization, so your IP address is truncated and not stored in full. Analytics data may be transferred to and processed by Google on servers in the United States. See Section 8 for information on international data transfers. You can prevent analytics collection by declining cookies in our banner, or by installing Google's browser opt-out add-on.
7. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party service providers, who process data on our behalf under appropriate data processing agreements: Google Analytics (Google LLC): Website analytics, with your consent. Resend: Delivery of emails sent through our contact form. Supabase: Backend infrastructure that processes contact form submissions. Hosting provider: Our website hosting, which may log standard technical data (such as IP addresses) for security and operational purposes. Each provider only processes data as necessary to deliver their service to us, and not for their own purposes.
8. International Data Transfers
Some of our service providers (such as Google) are based in the United States, which means your data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where this occurs, we rely on appropriate safeguards as required by the GDPR, such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, to ensure your data receives an adequate level of protection.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected: Contact inquiries: Kept for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain reasonable business records, then deleted. Analytics data: Retained according to Google Analytics' data retention settings (a limited period), in anonymized form. If you would like your data deleted sooner, please contact us.
10. Your Rights (GDPR)
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data: - Right of access: to request a copy of the data we hold about you. - Right to rectification: to correct inaccurate or incomplete data. - Right to erasure: to request deletion of your data. - Right to restriction: to limit how we process your data. - Right to data portability: to receive your data in a portable format. - Right to object: to object to certain processing, including processing based on legitimate interests. - Right to withdraw consent: at any time, where processing is based on consent. - Right to lodge a complaint: with your local data protection supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at hello@stagehomy.com.
11. Data Security
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Our website uses HTTPS encryption to secure data in transit, and access to personal data is restricted to those who need it to respond to your inquiries. While no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, we strive to protect your data using industry-standard practices.
12. Children's Privacy
Our website and services are directed at businesses and professionals, not at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
